Life

The adventures of Kerry’s life: love, hate, trajedy and comedy.

Present

What am I doing, in life, right now?

Present time — this is where one should always be. Here, or looking in the future.

In my life, my two most active pursuits are dancing and work.

I dance 2-3 times a week. I always dance on Thursday night, followed by a trip to IHOP with some of the best friends one could ask for.

For work, I generally work on my own schedule, but every day of the week, and often late at night. Many people–most people have a hard time finding me asleep.

I am a web programmer, I know 10+ programming languages. I often handle the production end of websites, dealing with clients, and everything to do with websites. All ends, technical to very untechnical.

When I find time, I practice my Blues Harp (harmonica), which I love to play but need to spend more time with it.

I also study books in my religion, which I also need to do more of.

Other than that, I pick up random traits and skills here and there. I am slowly learning how to cook, I am getting into tumbling and aerials. I am always online, easily over 10 hours a day. If I am not dancing or sleeping, I am online. Even then, I am sometimes online.

When I have time, I play soccer on Sundays and join my friends in any activities I can. Dancing, however, is the true passion of my life. When it gets so tired that your body is telling you to sleep, when your mind is barely able to function. When you can barely move, standing on your feet is an effort, dance. Dance with someone who understands you, someone you connect with. I don’t mean a high school dance, I mean a dance where you connect on a more personal level. For me, this is blues dancing. For me, this is the perfect end to a perfect day.
